Thanks, Susan, class rocked! This type of bootcamp is exactly what I have been looking for. I love HIIT and I am always looking for variety and a challenge. I completed P90X last year before my trip to Jamaica (I was in Jamaica in my profile picture) and it seemed to do the job but I had two surgeries upon my return and that knocked me off of my workout regimen for a while. I could not walk, let alone run, which is what I love to do. I am excited to see how much I can transform my body. My goal is to get as lean and as toned as possible--with your help of course--so push me to the limit. See you on Wednesday :)
I didnt see an email.. please email me back... I would like to start a class when my husband leaves for a 3 week training course.. I am a novice BB but have gained some nasty weight, I would like to enter your class and start lifting again.. I also wouldnt mind a little crossfit (against some of their lifting methods as seen on UTUBE).. anyway I feel as though a group class can help me.. hours on the stairclimber.. not doing it this time!!!!!!!!!!! :) i think i will have funds first week in February...
